![]() Here are two pictures showing the unknown device(s) that daemon tools have created which will not let me update either because windows can't find a suitable update or that access is denied when trying to update. I have tried restarting the service and that does nothing. I haven't encountered this before and it worked before, but now it's broken I have re-installed it and the same conclusion occurs. ![]() ![]() Long story short, I tried mounting recently and daemon tool gives me a access denied pop up. I am literally stumped and would really love any assistance with this problem. In order to fix the reinitialization error, you need to perform a clean reinstall of DAEMON Tools Lite. Unable to mount images using daemon tools - Error: Access Denied. I have tried updating the 'Unknown Drivers' which are supposed to be the "virtual bus" devices however they keep coming up as having access denied when trying to update or unable to find any updates for the devices. I have tried reinstalling daemon tools again and again and had even resorted to trying a pirated version of daemon tools pro but that didn't work either. I always get an error: 1500 that does not let me create the virtual driver. So for years i have been using daemon tools lite and decided around yesterday it would be a good idea to update daemon tools since i havent updated in a really long time, that turned out to be a mistake as it would never let me create a virtual driver again.
